Group Reservation Policies

  • General Winery rules listed in the FAQs apply.

  • Outside food and beverages are not allowed.

  • In the event that any governmental entity, agency or legislative body enacts a law, regulation, state of emergency, or executive order that requires OFWH to shut down or limit the amount of people that can be on the property (due to COVID-19 or any other reason) such that OFWH cannot host the reservation or cannot host the full number of expected guests on the reservation date, then your sole option is to reschedule to another date within 6 months of the original reservation.

  • Speakers, amplified music and live music are not allowed.

  • Open flames are not allowed.

  • Our Group Reservations are Do-it-Yourself type reservations with no staff assistance in set up or clean up. Please be sure to leave the space as you found it and place all garbage in provided trash cans. Additional trash bags are available upon request.

  • We do not allow early arrivals for set up and late departures for cleanup. You are expected to setup and clean up within your reserved time. Clean up fee of $350 will be charged to credit card on file if space is not returned to original state or if trash is left behind.

  • Balloons, glitter, confetti, smoke bombs, and other items that may be harmful to the environment are NOT allowed.

  • Children are allowed and must be supervised at all times.

Inclement Weather Policy

In the case of rain and inclement weather, there are NO refunds available and there is NO option to move to covered or indoor seating. The only inclement weather option is to reschedule your Fox Dean reservation to another date within 6 months of the original reservation date.

The Semi-Private Tent and Private Tents are weatherproof, so no reschedules is available due to rain.

In the case that the winery is shut down due to snow, we offer a complimentary reschedule for all reservations to another date within 6 months of the original reservation date.

Food Policy

We offer pre-bundled food and beverage packages (at a discount!). 
We also have food trucks (seasonal) and snacks available for sale.
Outside food is not allowed. Caterers and Restaurants are not allowed to drop off food on site. 
There is no heating, cooking, or open flames allowed on site.

Cancellation Policy

Old Farm Winery at Hartland does not offer refunds for cancellations or non-weather related reschedules.
